Here are some of the projects that I have worked on over the past few years

MGT 201: Client Project
In MGT 201 Client Case, our group was presented with a challenge by our client, Forsyth Advisors. Forsyth Advisors asked us to find ways to recruit the most talented to their Management Development Program, a two-year training program in supply chain and sourcing.
Throughout this process, I learned the value of our team's strengths and weaknesses. The team's MBTI and strengths analysis helped us find our strengths and shortcomings. It helped our team confront our shortcomings and focus on our strengths. Overall, I think it made our team dynamic stronger, and we worked better. It enabled us to expect what we might find difficult in the process and work around it, which was extremely helpful. Overall, our team worked well together, which drove us to strong solutions.

MGT 100: Comcast Case
In MGT 100, I was assigned a group, and we were presented with a company. We were tasked with finding the problem/opportunity and creating a solution for Comcast. We placed 2nd place overall.
Throughout this process, I learned to work with a team I had never worked with before. Also, our whole project had to be completed online because of Covid-19. In the beginning, I showed leadership to help our team create goals and set a timeline. We had weekly zoom meetings and tasks. However, as the project continued, our team really worked well with one another and covered each others' shortcomings. We all had different strengths, and that made us a strong team. Our team dynamic and drive led us to case competition finals, and we placed 2nd overall.
